27-6.03 CONFIDENTIALITY

Any agency or individual involved in the issuance or execution of a Visitation Warrant or Protective Custody order shall have a duty to maintain strict confidentiality of all information involving the welfare of specific Elders or Vulnerable Adults, regardless of whether a formal investigation or case has been initiated on that individual. The only exception shall be when reporting suspected abuse of an Elder or Vulnerable Adult, as required under this Chapter.
