False reporting under this Chapter is prohibited. Any person or entity who intentionally, maliciously, or in bad faith makes a false report of alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment of an Elder or Vulnerable Adult, or causes another person to do so, shall be subject to applicable laws and procedures established in the Kalispel Law and Order Code.
