Failing to abide by the reporting requirements under this Chapter is prohibited. Any person that is subject to making a mandatory report, regardless of doctor/patient, clergy/penitent, or attorney/client privilege, who knowingly fails to do so or willfully prevents another from doing so shall be subject to applicable laws and procedures established in the Kalispel Law and Order Code.
