Any member of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, persons residing within the jurisdiction of the Tribe, and tribal employees and contractors, who have reason to believe that an Elder or Vulnerable adult has been abused, neglected, exploited, or abandoned (as provided this Chapter) is required to promptly file a report with the Elder and Vulnerable Adult Services Director or Tribal Police.
