A. The Hoh Tribe&rsquos Domestic Violence Program (should one exist) serving domestic violence survivors shall create a committee to create a public health plan for reducing domestic violence which will:

     1. Assess the impact of domestic violence on the publics health and

     2. Write a public health plan for reducing the incidence of domestic violence within the tribal community

B. The public health plan:

     1. Must include but is not limited to public education, including use of the various communication media to set forth the public health perspective on domestic violence.

     2. Must be developed in consolation with public and private agencies that provide program for victims of domestic violence, advocates for victims, and persons who have demonstrated expertise and experience in providing health care to victims of domestic violence and their children.

     3. Must be completed within 365 days of the enactment of the Domestic Violence Code.

C. The Committee shall:

     1. Transmit a copy of the public health plan to the Hoh Tribal Business Committee and

     2. Annually review and update the plan.
