§ 6-74. Selling or furnishing spirituous liquor to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) Years.

A. A person is guilty of selling or furnishing spirituous liquor to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years who knowingly sells, furnishes, exchanges, barters, disposes or gives away to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years any spirituous liquor.

B. Selling or furnishing spirituous liquor to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years is a Class V offense.
