§ 6-73. Selling tobacco, paper or wrappers to minors.

A. A person is guilty of selling tobacco, paper or wrappers to minors who intentionally sells, exchanges, barters, disposes of or gives away to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years any tobacco or cigarette paper or wrapper prepared or designed to be used for filling with tobacco.

B. Selling tobacco, paper or wrappers to minors is a Class V offense.
