A.

A person is guilty of disposing of property of an estate who, without proper authority, sells, trades or otherwise disposes of any property of an estate before determination of the heirs.

B.

Disposing of property of an estate is a Class II offense. A person convicted of disposing of property of an estate may be ordered to reimburse the estate for the amount or value of the property disposed of in addition to any other sentence.
