A. Criminal History. The tribal police or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offenders sex offense criminal history:
The date of all arrests
The date of all convictions
The sex offenders status of parole, probation, or supervised release
The sex offenders registration status and
Any outstanding arrest warrants.
