A. A person who knowingly engages in or offers to engage in sexual conduct in exchange for money, property or other services is guilty of a minor offense.
B. A person who knowingly exchanges or offers to exchange money, property or other services for sexual conduct is guilty of a minor offense.
C. A person who knowingly arranges, offers to provide or solicits the services of a prostitute is guilty of a minor offense.
D. A person who knowingly keeps, maintains, rents, or leases property for the purpose of prostitution is guilty of a minor offense.
