A. A person who offers or confers any money, property, service, or other benefit to an official of the Tribe, Village official, or public servant with the intent to influence the conduct of the other persons public duties, is guilty of a serious offense. B. An official of the Tribe, Village official, or public servant who knowingly accepts or intentionally solicits such offers, is guilty of a serious offense.
